Refund Policy

1. Service Guarantee

We stand behind the work we do. If you are not satisfied with the service you received, please contact us within 7 days of the service date. We will make every effort to resolve the issue, which may include:

  • Re-assessing the problem at no additional cost

  • Making necessary corrections or adjustments

  • Providing partial or full refund where applicable


2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

  • The issue was not resolved as promised, and follow-up repair attempts have failed

  • Our technician was unable to complete the service due to factors outside of your control

  • You cancel your scheduled service with at least 24 hours’ notice


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under these circumstances:

  • You cancel or miss your appointment without 24 hours’ notice

  • The problem lies outside of the scope of appliance repair (e.g., electrical wiring issues or plumbing problems)

  • You refuse a recommended repair or choose not to proceed after diagnosis

  • The appliance is found to be unrepairable due to age, discontinued parts, or extensive damage


4. Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

  • We may require documentation such as proof of service or payment
